Net2Net, along with Sine Nomine Associates, provided Tivoli network management support for the Commerce Bank of Chna (CBC). Net2Net provided a Senior Tivoli Architect contracted to help a team of CBC Tivoli administrators plan and implement an upgrade of Tivoli Framework to a three-tiered management architecture. Our team worked with lines of business units to determine the business impact of various IT resources and map them into a comprehensive business systems management plan. Applications upgraded included IBM Tivoli Enterprise Console (TEC) and IBM Tivoli Monitoring. We provided industry best practice experience that enabled the team to meet the original implementation plan while adding some additional functionality such as monitoring for servers in a high availability environment. In addition, we provided expertise to adjacent systems management groups such as those working with NetView, Concord and BMC.

Net2Net provided VoIP Readiness Assessments for PingTone customers. The team conducted worked with clients to provide the following tasks:

• An inventory of devices and links on the networks.
• Utilization assessment of inventoried devices and links.
• Evaluation of the quality of actual VoIP transmissions over the customer's network.

Net2Net Solutions was in a Business Process Reengineering engagement with GeoElectronics in Davis, CA.

Net2Net performed the following tasks:

• Conducted a review of all client accounts;

• Streamlined projects;

• Provided analysis and design of workflows and processes within and between project types, for example offshore gas exploration versus land based projects such as soil liquefaction in earthquake prone areas.

The Net2Net team also provided recommendations on streamlining business activities.
