Net2Net Solutions is assisting Dr. Duc and his efforts in rural villages with deaf children and disabled children in developing skills to become self supporting adults. In addition, a program has been developed and maintained with capital assistance from Net2Net to aid children in necessary surgeries to lead normal lives.
